Tiger Salamander

(Ambystoma tigrinum) - caudate amphibia n species in the family ambystomowatych. Males can grow to 33 cm. females are slightly smaller. the head is flat, wide and clearly separated from the trunk, which is equipped with wałkowaty and intercostal furrows 11-13, tail heavy, thick and low, clearly laterally flattened. Limbs short. Ridge is variable, dark brown, oliwkowobrązowy or blackish with numerous irregular often elongated transversely jaskrawożółtymi spots.
